Mindy Kermes brings more than 25 years of Banking and Sales management experience to Lexicon Bank. As Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, Ms. Kermes establishes and maintains strong client relationships for the Bank. An active leader in the Southern Nevada community, Ms. Kermes is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. She is the immediate past president of Commercial Real Estate Women Las Vegas (CREW LV), and a former Henderson Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
